Who can use this service
Adults, teenagers, and young adults are welcome to access our psychologist services. Whether you’re facing a temporary struggle or managing a long-term condition, therapy is available to help you move forward with clarity and support.
What to expect
Your first session is focused on understanding your concerns, background, and goals. From there, your psychologist will develop a personalised treatment plan, which may include:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Mindfulness-based approaches
- Solution-focused counselling
- Psychoeducation and self-care strategies
Therapy can be short-term or ongoing depending on your needs, and your progress is reviewed regularly to ensure your care remains aligned with your goals.
Fees and Medicare rebates
To access Medicare rebates for your psychologist sessions, you will need a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP). This can be created by one of our GPs during a standard appointment.
Fees may apply depending on your session type, referral status, and eligibility.
