Privacy and Confidentiality
You can request a copy of our full Privacy Policy at reception or view it online.
Referrals to Specialists
All specialist referrals must be completed during a face-to-face consultation with your GP. Referrals cannot be issued over the phone or without an appointment.
Test Results
Please book an appointment with your doctor to discuss your test results.
Results are not provided over the phone unless pre-arranged with your GP.
Reminders and Recalls
Our system may send automated reminders for important healthcare needs, including:
- Immunisations
- Annual health checks
- Long-term care planning
If you prefer not to receive these reminders, please speak with our reception team.
Medical Certificates
To receive a medical certificate, you must attend an appointment.
Certificates cannot be backdated and will only be issued at the time of consultation.
