Specialist Referrals

Specialist Referrals should be done during the consultation with your GP as they cannot be done over the phone.

Test Results

Please book an appointment to get your test results.

Recalls & Reminders

Our system will send out reminders for recurring healthcare issues, planning and Immunisations and annual check-ups. If you wish to opt out, please inform reception.

Medical Certificates

We cannot backdate medical certificate and you must make an appointment to get a new medical certificate.
