Our team delivers high-quality general practice services, designed to support your health across all life stages  from childhood through to ageing care.

Bulk Billing Policy

We bulk bill all patients with a valid Medicare card or eligible Private Health Insurance for most standard consultations and common procedures.

Private & Non-Medicare Fees

If you do not hold a valid Medicare card or private health cover, payment is required at the time of your consultation via cash, EFTPOS, or credit card.

Patients under Workers’ Compensation must also pay upfront unless a valid claim number or letter of liability is provided.

Missed Appointments & Cancellations

  • Please cancel your appointment at least 2 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a $30 out-of-pocket fee
  • This fee must be paid before booking your next appointment

Making a Payment

  • Payment is required on the day of your appointment
  • We accept cash, EFTPOS, and credit cards
  • Workers’ compensation patients must provide a claim number or pay upfront
