When you register as a patient, you provide consent for our GPs and staff to access and use your personal information to deliver healthcare. We only collect what is necessary to provide safe, effective care and manage our clinical operations.

If we need to use your information for any reason outside direct care, we will seek your additional consent.

All records are stored securely in electronic systems. Access is password-protected and restricted to authorised staff. All team members sign a confidentiality agreement before handling patient data.

How to access or update your information

You have the right to request access to your medical records. All requests must be submitted in writing to the Practice Manager. We will respond within 30 days.
