At Tarneit Doctors, your appointment is reserved specifically for you. We understand that situations can change, but we ask that you notify us as early as possible if you’re unable to attend.

Cancellation notice period
- Please contact us at least 2 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient in need of care.
- Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in an out-of-pocket fee.

- When you book an appointment, you are holding a spot that becomes unavailable to others.
- By cancelling with notice, you help us improve access for other patients, including those with urgent medical needs.
How to cancel
- Call our reception team on (03) 8721 6969 during clinic hours.
- We will do our best to reschedule your appointment at a time that suits you.
Same-day contact
If you miss your appointment without notice, our team may attempt to contact you to follow up and reschedule if appropriate.
