Appointment Cancellations: What You Need to Know

Cancellation notice period

  • Please contact us at least 2 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient in need of care.
  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in an out-of-pocket fee.

Why your notice matters

  • When you book an appointment, you are holding a spot that becomes unavailable to others.
  • By cancelling with notice, you help us improve access for other patients, including those with urgent medical needs.

  • We will do our best to reschedule your appointment at a time that suits you.

If you miss your appointment without notice, our team may attempt to contact you to follow up and reschedule if appropriate.
